Welcome to the NPFL Live App (“the App”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the App, which provides live streaming of Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) matches. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the NPFL Live App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional guidelines, policies, or rules applicable to the App.
2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
3. License: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
4. Intellectual Property: The NPFL Live App and its content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, videos, and audio, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of the App or its licensors. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works based on any portion of the App, unless expressly authorized in writing by the App.
5. Privacy: Propel Sports Africa respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the NPFL Live App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. User Conduct: You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. You shall not engage in any conduct that could harm Propel Sports Africa or its users, including but not limited to:
   1. Uploading, posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or obscene.
   2. Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the App or its servers.
   3. Engaging in any unauthorized access to the App or its users’ accounts.
   4. Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Third-Party Services: The App may integrate or link to third-party services or websites. These third-party services are not under the control of the App, and your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. Propel Sports Africa is not responsible for the content, functionality, or availability of any third-party services.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability: Propel Sports Africa provides the NPFL Live App on an “as-is” basis and does not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s availability, functionality, or suitability for any purpose. In no event shall the App be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
9. Modifications to the App and Terms: Propel Sports Africa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. Propel Sports Africa may also revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting an updated version on the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to the Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the NPFL Live App concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
